Three Key Stressors

Based on the research, there were 3 main stressors that users faced during this time. Their concerns were about:

  • Working adults are too busy to spend time to go in store to learn how to do makeup.

  • People who are social distancing and want to learn from the comfort of their own home.

  • People from all around the world who still wanted to watch other languages and understand their own language.

As the initial design phase continued, I made sure to base screen designs on feedback and findings from the user research.

User Testing Results

  • Wants even more language Close Caption options.

  • Need better customization options when using the app (ie. more languages, different text size, etc).
